Precise Placements was formed with you, the client in mind – having worked in the recruitment sector for many years it was apparent that there is a level of service that we feel should be standard, but that the rest of the industry is regularly falling way short of. As a direct result we have a number of very stringent Service Levels which can be tailored to suit your needs, but ones we feel make an excellent starting place, these include:

• Experienced Account Management. We don’t want you speaking to multiple consultants – it is important to us that we understand your culture. You will have a dedicated account manager with 10 years recruitment experience.
• Accurate.  Precise Placements is more than our name, it is the ethos of the firm – we send no more than 3 CV’s to a role unless you request more, only an agency without thorough processes needs to send more.
• Transparent. Why should we not share our information? Our candidates whether perm or contract, come with previous salary/rate, availability, skills assessment, consultants notes and additional information on a coversheet. Additionally should you choose to use us on a sole supplier basis our standard rate is automatically reduced to 15% as we have a record of filling 100% of our sole supplier roles meaning we can devote 100% of our efforts to you.
